How Kajra AB handles personal data on kajra.se and in the businesses we run. We collect as little as we need, we don’t sell personal data, and you can ask us about your data at any time.
Who is responsible
Kajra AB is the data controller for the personal data described here. Our brands (Aroga, DigitalMarketersClub, IMBuyersClub, MoodCast Pro, Aroga Webhosting and MasterGPT) are all run by Kajra AB. Where a brand has its own privacy notice, that notice gives the details for that service.
Visiting kajra.se
- When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details and message to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying, or steps before a contract you ask for (GDPR article 6.1 f and 6.1 b). WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms.
- Server logs. Our web host records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Visitor statistics. We use Jetpack Stats (Automattic) to count visits and see which pages are read. kajra.se sets no cookies for this, but your IP address is processed by Automattic to produce the statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
- Embedded content. The home page shows a YouTube video in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and a live MoodCast Pro widget. When these load, your browser connects to YouTube (Google) and to app.moodcastpro.com, which receive your IP address. The MoodCast widget records view and click counts, and the platform it runs on (Base44) saves an analytics session identifier in your browser’s local storage. We load this content only after you accept it in our cookie banner.
- Fonts. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no font data is sent to third parties.
Customers of our brands
When you buy from or sign up with one of our brands, we process:
- Account and contact data: name, email, company name and login details. Legal basis: to perform our contract with you.
- Billing data: billing address, VAT number, what you bought and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers. Legal basis: contract, and our legal duty to keep accounting records.
- Service data: what you create or store in the service, for example MoodCast widgets and ads, or content in your DigitalMarketersClub account. Where you store your own customers’ data in our platforms, we process it on your behalf and under your instructions.
- Support and email: your messages to support, and service emails about your account. We send marketing emails only if you have agreed to them or, for existing customers, about similar products, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Distributors and partners
For salons, retailers, distributors and suppliers we work with, we keep business contact details and order history so we can handle orders, deliveries and invoices. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
Who we share data with
We use trusted providers who process data for us under data processing agreements. We share only what each one needs.

|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Card payments and subscriptions | EU and US |
| 20i | Website hosting | UK |
| Automattic (Jetpack) | Site statistics and security | US |
| HighLevel (LeadConnector) | CRM, email and the DigitalMarketersClub platform | US |
| Base44 | Hosting of the MoodCast Pro app | US |

We may also share data when the law requires it, for example with the Swedish Tax Agency, and with our accountant for bookkeeping.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers process data in the UK or the US. The UK is covered by an EU adequacy decision. For the US, we rely on providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Messages to us: until the matter is handled, and at most 24 months after our last contact.
- Customer accounts: while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within 12 months, except what we must keep by law.
- Accounting records such as invoices and payments: 7 years, as required by Swedish accounting law.
- Server logs: a short period set by our host, normally a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection ( IMY ) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Cookies
kajra.se itself sets no tracking cookies. Embedded content (YouTube and the MoodCast widget) can store data in your browser, so it loads only after you accept it in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Our brand websites and apps use cookies needed to log in and keep you signed in; any other cookies there are explained on each site and set only with your consent.
Changes
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes that affect customers, we’ll tell you by email.
